Condesa is an independent Spanish/Mexican fusion tapas bar located in Covent Garden. We are well established and enjoy a great reputation for hight quality and innovative fusion tapas dishes served in a vibrant atmosphere.

We are looking for an assistant manager to join our fun and professional team.

Essentials:
– Passion for great food and drinks and general food and wine understanding.
– experience and/or relevant formation in the industry.
– be able to work in a busy and fast environment.
– be able to work as a part of a team and be a team leader whilst the ability of working on your own
– be able to demonstrate understanding of the industry

Your responsibility:
-Running of the venue on a day to day basis in the absence of the General Manager
-Ensure consistency service and produce throughout the kitchen
-Supervise reservations, queries and the day to day general duties.
-Assist all floor and bar when required.
– To ensure targets are met with labour, rota management and opening /closing duties are done.
