FINO is a busy west end restaurant with approximately 100 covers per service. It is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and for dinner on Saturdays.
Located just off Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia, Fino is a Spanish tapas restaurant owned and operated by restaurateur brothers Sam & Eddie Hart. It was opened in 2003 and was one of the first Spanish restaurants to offer contemporary, seasonal, regional and traditional tapas in London.
FINO has an outstanding reputation within the restaurant industry and prides itself on serving exceptional food, wines and cocktails and offering excellent customer service. Fino is a sister restaurant to Barrafina Frith Street (opened 2007), Barrafina Adelaide Street (opened July 2014) and Quo Vadis (reopened 2008). Executive Head Chef Nieves Barragan Mohacho oversees the running of both Fino and Barrafina’s kitchens.
FINO is looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious person.

– Some knowledge of Spanish food but not imperative

Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis Monday to Saturdays
Able to deliver excellent customer service
