Can you successfully manage and implement email marketing campaigns? Do you have experience with top tier ESPs? If so, this role could be for you! A Spanish / Italian speaking CRM Executive is required to join a fast growing digital business. This is an excellent opportunity to join this business as it further expands in the Spanish and Italian markets.

The CRM Executive will join one of the UK’s most successful members-only websites. With over seven million members in the UK, a large social media following and recent launches across Europe and the USA, the company is growing at a fantastic rate. Backed by some big name VCs, the business emphasises making their service fun and exciting within the high-end travel sector.

As a CRM Executive you will focus on implementing email campaigns within the Spanish and Italian markets, to increase overall revenue. You will be a highly analytical individual, who is able to effectively analyse campaign performance and produce detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities as a CRM Executive (Spanish / Italian Speaking):

•Implementing and optimising email campaigns for the Spanish and Italian markets
•Producing concise, detailed reports on campaign performance
•Analysing campaign performance
•Performing database segmentation and content targeting activities
•Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to brief CRM campaigns

Skills and Attributes:

•1-2 years’ email marketing experience gained within an ecommerce / travel environment
•Fluent in English and either Spanish / Italian
•The ability to understand content written in both Spanish and Italian
•Experience with a top tier ESP
•Degree-educated (2:1 or above)
•Strong analytical skills
