I am recruiting for a fantastic Spanish restaurant based in central London, who are looking for a talented sous chef to join their kitchen operation. As the restaurant is very busy, and all ingredients are fresh, only candidates who have worked in high quality restaurants will be considered.

The restaurant is overseeing by a great chef who is hands-on, and is very passionate about creating memorable experiences for their guests. The kitchen has a brigade of 10 chefs, and turns over in excess of 30k net per week.

The Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, and support the head chef as required.
