Our client, a prestigious financial consultancy based in the City, is looking for Spanish speaking telemarketers to join an ongoing Proxy solicitation project starting very soon!

As a Spanish speaking telemarketer, you will assist the Proxy team by answering inbound calls from shareholders and investors in Spain and answering their queries. Your responsibilities will also require you to make some outbound calls to shareholders and investors to gather information and data relating to the project however the majority of the calls will be inbound. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date client records for the Proxy team.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Spanish speaking telemarketer with a keen interest in financial services and economics to gain a good insight into proxy solicitation services whilst being able to use your Spanish language skills and enhancing your communication and research skills within a busy yet friendly office!

Suitable candidates must Spanish and English to native level and possess first class communication skills! A confident and professional telephone manner is MUST as you will be speaking with senior executives and decision makers and shareholders in Spanish. Advanced IT skills (especially in Excel) are also required for this position.

Previous knowledge of proxy solicitation and/or the financial sector would be advantageous and full training will be provided before the project goes live.

Profile

* Fluent Spanish to mother tongue standard
* Fluent English written and spoken
* Previous Proxy solicitation /outbound calling / market research experience
* Educated to degree level with good research experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Confident in communicating with people at executive level
* Knowledge of financial markets / proxy solicitation
* Pro-active with a positive attitude, works well on their own and takes responsibility for their work
* IT literate with Advanced Excel skills
* Keen to learn about Proxy solicitation
* Available to interview and start work start immediately
