Renowned International luxury retailer is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Executive to join their established team in the multi-channel contact centre.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
-Pro-actively seek out, develop and respond to sales opportunities and maximise accordingly
-Contribute to monthly departmental sales plan achievement through team work
-Meet personal annual sales plan
-Offer ‘Signature Service’ to all customers (internal and external) at all times
-Meet departmental KPIs
-Manage the order process from inception through to successful delivery with specific reference to inventory management, servicing requirements, credit issues and high value order procedures
-Take ownership for all customer follow up, logging actions at all times
-Support open, accurate and prompt communication at all times both externally to clients and internally to colleagues.
-Escalate all pertinent matters to line manager as necessary
This is an inbound role and requires no outbound sales
You will be required to work on a shift basis to include some weekend and evening work.
-You must be completely fluent in English and Spanish
-Ideally you will have worked within an office based customer service/call centre environment but this is not essential
-You will excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Good command of MS Word & Excel
