Already one of the West End’s hottest restaurants, aqua nueva is about to re-open its door after a dramatic make-over by Robert Angell. Found at the top of the iconic former Dickens and Jones building and in the heart of London’s most sophisticated streets, nueva is undergoing a sweeping transformation, creating an instant modern classic with a strong Spanish flavour.

Head chef Alberto Hernández menu will reflect on the current appetite for more flexible dining, with a menu of small plates showcasing his style of modern Spanish cooking.

We are now seeking the team who will help us to launch #newnueva

Candidates must have a real passion for the industry and exemplify a real enthusiasm for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. The team will be responsible for the smooth service of all food and drink orders to the guest and maximizing guest experiences through anticipating and exceeding guests’ needs.

The successful candidate for our Front of House staff must be able to demonstrate:

•Great communication skills with a firm grasp of the English language
•A passion and knowledge of food and drinks, incl wine, champagne and cocktails
•Previous experience in a similar environment/role
•Proactive and motivated attitude, with an attention to detail.

You have to have a larger than life personality, live and breathe high standards, be able to tell a great story and wear a huge smile, all the time!
