Brindisa Tapas kitchens is one of the UK’s great names in Spanish Food, providing great tapas, a carefully chosen list of Spanish wines and hand carved iberico ham.

We are looking for experienced Waiters/Waitress and Bartenders to support the front of house team at our restaurants in central London.

What we are looking for:

An understanding and interest in Spanish ingredients and tapas cooking.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience engaging the guests and the team
At least 1 year experience of working as a Waiter/Bartender in a similar environment
Overall, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and pride in one´s work
