Lurra is a Basque grill in Marylebone which has been met with critical acclaim since opening. We focus on small and large sharing dishes with a focus on top produce, much of which we source ourselves. The site seats 70 covers, benefits from lots of natural light and has a private courtyard seating 20 people. We are very food focussed so a passion and desire to learn is a must. We aim to provide the best customer experience for our guests.
You must have a desire to learn, work hard, be disciplined and organised. This is a food focussed restaurant and an opportunity for the right person to learn and progress.

Support the Head Chef in his role
Successfully prepare and set up for service in your section
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth service
Be inspired and contribute to ideas for dishes
Manage the junior members of the team and help them learn
Personal attributes & experience. You will need to:
• Have relevant previous experience
• Be a strong leader
• Enforce discipline and high standards from staff
• Thrive under pressure, lead from the front, and be highly flexible, as no two days are the same
• Have impeccable attention to detail
• Create a great atmosphere and be a team player
• Have a sense of ownership and accountability
