Restaurant Profile

Our restaurant is a trendy WINE BAR with a SPANISH & JAPANESE TAPAS MENU with high expectation. We are seeking a strong and talented person to be added to the brigade. Ever food served has to be fresh, using good ingredients to produce simple but tasty dishes of a fusion of Spanish classics mixed along with some Japanese favorites. This is a great opportunity to be part of the construction of an exciting concept.

Job I: CHEF DE PARTIE Full-time position

The candidate spanish or asian to fulfil the position should have a stable background. He/She should be at least 2/3 years in a same position here in London. He/She should be a very strong leader and have a wide knowledge of different cooking techniques and international cuisines, preferably Spanish or Japanese cuisine are essential. The ideal candidate should have also pastry basics, be enthusiastic, have a natural flair for cooking, willing to learn and assist his superiors in the kitchen. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH SERIOUS BACKGROUND OR EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED

Required Experiences and skills

* 2/3 years Chef de partie experience

* Fluent English & Spanish

* Restaurant or hotel experience

* Experience in hygiene procedures, stock rotation,

Eligibility

Job II COMMIS CHEF Full-time position

The candidate to fulfill the Commis-Chef position should have a stable background. He She should be at least 2/3 years in a similar position. He She should be from a well-established Restaurant where all food served is made from fresh. He She should have a wide knowledge of Spanish or Japanese cooking techniques. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, have a natural flair for cooking and a very foodie person.

Required Experiences and skills

* 2/3 years Commis-Chef de partie experience

* Restaurant or Gastro pub experience

* Strong management skills

* Experience in hygiene procedures, stock rotation
