DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:
Our client is a global mobile operator. They have ambitious plans for their digital business and want to hear from equally ambitious individuals with a passion for innovation, creativity and drive.
We’re looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Community Manager, who has worked with customer conversational forums. Your role will be to represent the telecommunication partners via forum communication with live customers to drive KPI’s, business objectives and solve issues. You will do this by building an outstanding member experience and by developing key objectives as set out by the business across the portal. A major part of your role will be to extract and utilise data and analyse member interaction in order to optimise the highest levels of engagement from the members.
