We are urgently searching for a Spanish speaking Helpdesk Expert to join their clients’ thriving team. You will need to be extremely passionate about sport and will enjoy providing outstanding Customer Service. Your work will cover international markets so your excellent language skills will be put to good use because you will be assisting customers’ enquiries coming in via email and telephone and online chat.
Responsibilities:
*Maintaining and developing vital customer relationships by constantly staying in touch and responding effectively to inbound customer calls, emails and online chat sessions
*Managing call volumes productively.
*Where complex issues have arisen, ensure they are followed up and resolved as early as possible through escalating correctly
*Constantly striving to improve the effectiveness and development of the international helpdesk
*Mentoring new team members and having the flexibility to manage urgent situations when necessary
Requirements:
*Excellent Spanish and English language skills both written and spoken
*Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet skills
*A great enthusiasm for sport is essential
*Experience in Customer Service is a great advantage
*First class organisational skills and attention to details are a must
Hrs: 35 hours per week
Shifts: Shift work based on a 7 day per week rota from 7.30am – 12.30am (2 week rotas provided in advance)

This is a six month fixed term contract with a chance to get extended if successful.
