Tapas Revolution, the critically acclaimed Spanish tapas bars spear-headed by Omar Allibhoy, is expanding and on the look for an experienced Head Chef to join us immediately. Someone who shares our passion for all things Spanish to work along Omar using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Born out of Omar’s frustration at the lack of quality Spanish food and tapas bars outside his native country, Tapas Revolution aims to bring to a wider audience not only authentic Spanish cuisine but also the convivial and entertaining culture so endemic to the Spanish way of life.

What we are looking for:

Familiarity with Spanish food and working with quality fresh ingredients
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing a fantastic team
You’ll develop and maintain good relations with your suppliers directly
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
You’ll ensure that all company procedures are followed to the letter
You’ll maintain the highest standards at all times
