Donostia is expanding and we are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the existing professional team.

Since opening Donostia has gone from strength to strength, enjoying a host of great reviews and recognition from press and the general public alike. We serve sharing plates with a Basque influence.

Donostia is located in London W1, close to Marble Arch underground station.

You must have a desire to learn, work hard, be disciplined and organised. This is a food focussed restaurant and an opportunity for the right person to learn and progress.

Salary: Competitive with performance linked bonus.

Meals and uniform are provided.

You must have the right to work in the UK.

Job role:
Support the Head Chef in his role
Successfully prepare and set up for service in your section
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth service
Be inspired and contribute to ideas for dishes
Manage the junior members of the team and help them learn
