Andina serves exceptional PERUVIAN food in a very contemporary and cool environment. Andina is part of Ceviche Ltd. Combining Peru’s exciting cuisine with London’s spark, Ceviche kick-started London’s Peruvian restaurant revolution. We take excellence in Peruvian food and drink very seriously.
We are looking for an individual with personality, real drive and passion for the hospitality industry.
Requirements for Sous Chef positions:
-At least one year of experience as a Sous Chef.
-Peruvian/South American cuisine experience desirable but not essential.
-Energetic, passionate about food, candidate must be willing to be part of a great team in a very busy kitchen.
-Serious about career development.
-Sound knowledge of kitchen operations as well as quality & control, management and organisational skills essential
-Excellent knowledge of food products / dishes and their preparation methods.
-Sound knowledge of food cost and stock control management
-Fluency in English is a must and Spanish knowledge is desirable.
